Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days in mint condition.

Exchanges

Merchandise may be returned with original receipt within 90 days for an exchange or store credit. No cash refunds will be issued unless arranged in advance.

(Consignment items excluded)

Reasons for returns and exchanges may include:

• Recipient of merchandise would like to exchange (must have proof of purchase)

• Wrong size (rings over $250.00 are resized at no cost)

• Jewelry does not fit lifestyle or is not comfortable

• Jewelry breaks continuously not due to customer’s usage. Customer’s usage may include:

  • Chains snagging on clothing, furniture, etc.

  • Ring smashed or

  • Bent earring posts
